Cost of participation

Conference fee: 200 € (for PhD students and members of the Polish Geographical Society 150 €) – covers conference materials, lunches, coffee breaks, receptions, participation in the study tour and possibility to publish an article in Institute’s journals. 

Please transfer your conference fee - 200 Euro / 150 euro or 860 PLN / 650 PLN to bank account before 1th of October 2019 with your name and notice: “WARSAW REGIONAL FORUM”.

Notice: Participants are pleased to cover bank charges (domestic and international). All participants are also expected to cover travel and accommodation cost.

Accommodation: 40-150 € (per night in Warsaw, single room, in hotels and hostels in the vicinity of the Institute).
